NEKO combines a wireless system, audio interface, tuner, metronome, practice player, and modeling processor into a single handheld unit designed for guitarists and bassists. All core features run offline on the device, with free firmware updates and no required subscriptions, ensuring long‑term usability. The device also offers an optional AI‑driven generative accompaniment that creates backing tracks from your playing, while other AI tools process your own audio for effects and transcription. Built to last for years, NEKO is slated to begin shipping in April 2027 after completing tooling, production, and certification.
