Two sounds
ZENCADA began as a summer memory of cicada song, inspiring a pocket‑sized fidget that recreates that sound through a sliding magnetic mechanism and a spinning tuning‑fork ‘ding’. Machined from aerospace‑grade TC4 titanium (or titanium‑amber resin), it features micron‑level tolerances for a smooth, lubrication‑free glide and tritium vials that give the eyes a lasting glow. The device doubles as an everyday‑carry stress reliever, with a lanyard hole for pocket, neck or backpack wear. Environmental commitments highlight its long‑lasting, maintenance‑free design and use of durable, scratch‑resistant materials.
| 规格 | 详情 |
|---|---|
| Material | TC4 titanium (with optional amber resin version) |
| Glowing eyes | Tritium vials (self‑powered, >10 year life) |
| Maintenance‑free | Micron‑level tolerances eliminate lubrication need |
| Magnetic array | N52 high‑powered magnets |
| Tuning fork | Highly elastic metal tuning fork |
| Finish | Hard anodization (metal) / UV‑resistant coating (resin) |
| Lanyard hole | Precision hole for neck or backpack attachment |
| Sound | Cicada‑like vibration + crisp tuning‑fork 'ding' |
| Portability | Pocket‑sized everyday carry |
The core components require extremely high precision, and CNC machining of aerospace‑grade TC4 titanium is inherently challenging. Although extensive EVT, DVT, and PVT testing has been completed and experienced suppliers are partnered, any deviation in tolerances could affect sound quality or lead to production delays.
