About This Project

Lyssna Modular offers a high‑end, modular loudspeaker system that begins with the compact Monitor, a two‑way bookshelf speaker praised for its natural soundstage and clarity. When deeper bass and greater scale are desired, the optional Bass Module adds a dedicated 7.5‑inch woofer and passive radiator, transforming the setup into a true three‑way floorstanding loudspeaker without replacing the original Monitor. Designed and built in Europe with hand‑crafted cabinets, the system is fully passive, ensuring no firmware or app obsolescence and backed by a five‑year warranty.

Key Highlights

▸ Modular design lets you start with the Monitor and add the Bass Module later for deeper bass and larger scale.

▸ European craftsmanship: Dutch design, Czech‑built cabinets, using premium parts and a 5‑year warranty.

▸ Passive, upgrade‑only system with no firmware or app, ensuring long‑term usability and no obsolescence.

Risks & Challenges

The project relies on external suppliers for drivers and crossover components; if demand exceeds expectations, delivery of these parts could be delayed, potentially shifting the estimated delivery dates. The team commits to keep backers informed of any changes.
