About This Project

AREX ONE is a cutting-edge AR diving mask built by divers for complex and diverse underwater scenarios. The ecosystem includes a built-in diving computer with immersive UI, personalized LED markers, a Marine ID Scanner, TX Pressure Pod, and Sync Dive Torch, all housed in an armor-grade FRP chassis. After 60 design iterations and algorithm validation by real-world dive logs, the product is ready for mass production with an estimated delivery in March 2027. The team has three years of iterative experience and has reserved sufficient iteration cycles and backup supply solutions to manage production risks.

Risks & Challenges

As a cutting-edge AR diving device, the AREX mask involves technical and manufacturing challenges. Further fine-tuning of hardware adaptation, underwater algorithm stability, and waterproof structural reliability is needed during mass production. Supply chain instability and customized part processing may cause delivery delays. The team has 3 years of iterative experience and has reserved backup supply solutions.
